Helens International Holdings Limited (" Helens "or the" Company ";  Stock code: 9869.HK), the largest offline pub chain in China, was officially listed and started trading on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (" SEHK ") today.  Helen division's final global offering price was HK $19.77, raising a net capital of HK $2.513 billion.  Shares performed well on the first day, rising as much as more than 30 per cent in mid-session.  

As China's largest offline chain pubs, Helen is now a nationwide development of young group oriented networks tavern, until the last possible date, the company in the domestic 527 retail pub, covering 24 provincial administrative regions and 100 cities, and another 1 home retail pub located in Hong Kong, China, is expected by the end of 2023,  The company plans to increase the total number of pubs to about 2,200.  

As the financial pr consultant team of the company, Porda Havas participated in the whole process of the company's listing, including the maintenance of domestic and foreign media relations, the design and production of listing publicity materials, and the holding of listing celebrations, helping the company to be listed in Hong Kong.
