[Hong Kong, January 17, 2020] Lvji Technology Holdings Inc. ("Lvji Technology" or "Company", stock code: 1745.HK), today commenced trading on the Main The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("HKEx"). The offer price is set at HK$2.12 with 2,000 shares per lot. The Company expects the net proceeds from the global offering to be approximately HK$591.9 million (after deducting the underwriting commission and other expenses related to the global offering, and assuming that the over-allotment option has not been exercised).

In the earlier Hong Kong public offering, the initial shares offered by Lvji Technology have been substantially over-subscribed, which is equivalent to approximately 84.66 times the total shares initially available for subscription in the Hong Kong public offering.
