We celebrated our 20^th Anniversary at Four Seasons Hong Kong on 21 April. After 20 years of endeavor in the financial communications industry and capital markets, we kick off our new chapter with the theme “Reform, Innovation, Vitality”. Mr. Charles Fleming, partner of Havas Worldwide Paris, and Mr. Angus Maitland, Co-chairman of AMO Partnership participated in the cocktail and gave us speeches, more than 200 guests from investment banks, consulting, legal and audit firms had joined us to share our joy.

For the past 20 years, Porda Havas had been experiencing the ups and downs of the global economy with the financial industry, and witnessing Hong Kong’s successful path to a global financial hub. Grasping the opportunities of globalization and reform of the Chinese economy, Porda Havas had gained the competitive edges and developed from single business to comprehensive and all-dimensional services including IPO communications, investor relations, international roadshows, financial printing, branding.

In 2010, Porda entered into strategic alliance with Havas Group and become a member of the AMO Partnership, we re-positioned ourselves to be an international, professional and all-rounded financial communications agency.  Backed by the support from Havas and AMO, we became the first financial communications firm in Hong Kong to set up local China teams and international roadshow subsidiary, meanwhile we expanded our branding, advertising, M&A advisory business with the synergy effect brought by Havas.
